Which products are included?
All Core Essentials and CORE+ mobile accessories are included in their product category MIX&MATCH offers.
Can I use multiple MIX&MATCH discounts?
Yes, you can take advantage of the MIX&MATCH discounts for each category, so meet the thresholds in that category and you will save!
Can I use MIX&MATCH with products from different categories?
MIX&MATCH is category-based, so for example, for the cable MIX&MATCH discount, you will need to purchase 40 or 80 cable products. The categories are Cables. Charge, Audio and On the move.
Can I MIX&MATCH across orders or deliveries?
MIX&MATCH can't be shared across different orders or deliveries.
How can I see how much I've saved?
You can see how much you've saved with MIX&MATCH, either in your online basket as you shop, or on your order invoice. Your Retail Sales Manager can also tell you.
How can I see how close I am to a MIX&MATCH threshold?
You can see this in your online basket, or your Retail Sales Manager will advise you as you order with them.
Can the discount be used with any other discount?
No, if you use MIX&MATCH then no other discount can be used at the same time.
How many times can I use MIX&MATCH?
Every time you order when you meet the MIX&MATCH threshold.
